We particularly welcome Project Partners with skills to develop a spec project alone or with others. The
agreement with Spec Partners will be on a project by project basis. A Project Partner is free to pursue any
other job or consultancy as long as he or she is working professionally on the agreed spec project.
A Project Partner will take an equity stake in the specific project. In general Project Partners work on a
no-cure-no-pay basis and our investment is our skills and our efforts and time. Our upside is our share of the
success of a project.
